Are you Crystal Palace's fan of the year?

The search is on for the best Crystal Palace fan of the season.

Once again, we are looking for the most dedicated Palace supporter from up and down the country, or even abroad, who jumps through hoops to support the Eagles.

Were you leading the singing after the magnificent victory at Manchester United in the Carling Cup?

Or down in Brighton to see the Eagles triumph over their derby rivals?

Maybe you have simply been to every game no matter where Palace are come 3pm on Saturday, rain or shine.

If you know someone that fills any of the above criteria or has done something even more remarkable toward the Palace cause, then why not nominate them, or even yourself, for the Croydon Guardian sponsored Crystal Palace Fan of the Year.

Last year’s winner was Adrian McCulloch, who completed a pledge he made on his 50th birthday to go to every Palace game in the 2010-11 season – a feat he achieved when he took in his 56th game of the season in the final day match with Nottingham Forest.

You have until April 18 to send your nomination, complete with pictures and why you think your nominee should win, to gmoody@ london.newsquest.co.uk.

The winner will receive two tickets to sit on the Croydon Guardian’s table at the Crystal Palace player of the year awards on May 12.

The awards see the Eagles crown their best player from this season, a category Julian Speroni won for three years running before Nathaniel Clyne ended his run last season.
